Decent haircut for a decent price. I’ll be honest I asked for something different on my last cut and just wasn’t happy with the results. I felt like I wasn’t taken care of and left with a bad cut. The cut prior to that I also was not happy with. Normally they are consistent good haircuts but lately it feels like the Irvine store is lacking that consistency I depend on.

I gave you guys a 5 star because I have been cutting my hair with you for the past 6 months and everything has been great- however the last 2 times I went to the Irvine location and unfortunately didn’t have a really good experience there, people at this location are not welcoming and they just want to finish the job! I didn’t see anyone smiling and they were all in their own worlds! They are harsh and when they ask you whether you like the cut or no, if you make a comment or you want something adjusted they act like you don’t know anything and they get offended, my name is Alex M - and I visited your Irvine location today at 9:30AM! Even my girl gave a compliment after Joey cut my hair, which is rarer than a solar eclipse! I highly recommend you get yourself a fresh cut from Joey as he is client service focused and makes me look good every single time!
